This year Ps Sam Evans (Planetshakers) is joining us, along with ministry from Ps Kathy Monk, it is a weekend that you will want to be in the room for!
Leadership Summit
If you are a woman in leadership, we invite you to our Leadership Summit with Ps Kathy Monk & Ps Sam Evans at 13 Gladding Place.
This will be a great morning, followed by lunch, that will inspire, encourage, strengthen and equip you in your sphere of leadership.
Crowns were traditionally awarded to Olympic Championship winners, and often represented accomplishment and honour. Similar to the reward given to these athletes, we too are promised a very special reward at the end of our race! One that never tarnishes and never fades away! Flourish girls are called to be “crowned”!

EquipHer 2024 runs across Friday night and Saturday.
Friday: Registrations open at 5pm and the first session begins at 7.30pm
Saturday: Registrations open at 8am and sessions run between 9.30am to 7pm

We will have a Prayer & Prophecy space available between sessions that all delegates are welcome to visit.
Newmarket is an upscale retail district with designer fashion boutiques and shoe stores as well as the stylish Westfield Newmarket Mall. There are also several galleries showcasing Kiwi artists and designers. So plenty of places to explore during the longer lunch break on Saturday.
There is a large selection of restaurants, cafes, and quick eats options a 10-15min walk radius from the venue.
During services and events, we may be taking still photographs and capturing video footage of various aspects, including shots where individuals and groups are identifiable. Please note that we may use these shots in social media and for promotional purposes. In line with our Child Protection Policy, no photographs or videos are to be taken where individual children can be identified, unless for a specific purpose with parental/caregiver permission.
Broadway Event Cinema is wheelchair accessible via the lift in the main entrance. With the number of people attending conference walkways may be congested.
There are no physical tickets for EquipHer so to pick up your conference wristband, just tell your name to the team at the Delegate Check In area at the venue when you arrive. Your wristband gives you access to the conference venue and must be worn at all times. Registrations will open from 5pm on Friday.
The registration fee covers your admission to all EquipHer conference sessions. It also includes access to the Prayer & Prophecy space which is available after each session. It does not include meals, transportation, or accommodation. EquipHer Leadership Summit registration tickets are available separately.
Night, day and individual session passes will be available for purchase at the conference. Please see the team at the Delegate Check In area to purchase these.
We appreciate that circumstances can change, therefore, we can offer the following three options to assist you:
1. REFUND: Cancellations for registrations, received in writing (from original purchaser) before 1 March 2024, will receive a refund, less an administration fee of $10 per registration. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after 1 March 2024; Please note that refunds must be refunded to the original purchaser. To request a refund please email finance@equipperschurch.com.
2. DONATE: If you are no longer able to attend EquipHer and would like to donate your registration to an anonymous recipient, you can do so by letting us know in writing prior to conference commencement. We have a list of people who would like to attend but may need financial assistance. Please note once donated, the option to transfer to another (known) person or to receive a refund will no longer be available to you. To donate your ticket please email finance@equipperschurch.com.
3. TRANSFER: You can transfer your registration (only once) to another person, or transfer to EquipHer 2025 at no extra cost prior to 1 March 2024; following this date a $10 transfer fee may apply per registration. Transfer requests to another person must be received in writing from the original purchaser. We will not accept requests to transfer a registration to a new name from the new registration owner. To transfer your ticket please email finance@equipperschurch.com.
Please note transferred registrations to the following year are no longer valid for refunds.
Registrations may not, without prior written consent of the Conference Team, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites). If a registration is sold or used in breach of this condition, the registration may be cancelled, and the current holder of this registration may be refused entry into the conference. If there may be need for special consideration of your circumstances regarding this policy, please contact our conference team to discuss further. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Receipts and confirmation of your registration are automatically sent when you register online providing you have correctly entered your email address. Please check your junk mail to ensure it has not been flagged as junk. To be reissued confirmation, please email finance@equipperschurch.com.
Unfortunately, no. Each person will need to be registered and can come and go as they are able. Individual sessions are available for purchase at the Delegate Check In area.
Parking is available at the Care Park on Davis Crescent.

Please keep your ticket and pay before you exit the carpark. Pay machines are located on level 1.
This car park has mobility parking with lift access.
Mobility Parking is available in the Care Park on Davis Crescent. Street parking is very limited.
There are several hotels and Airbnb’s in the surrounding areas. It is up to the delegates to arrange their own accommodation.
Broadway Event Cinemas is a 30+ minute drive from Auckland Airport. Public Transport is available via either bus or train. Traffic can get quite congested in Auckland particularly Friday night, so allow yourself plenty of time for traffic.
